1 on 1 Personal Training
Personal training 1 on 1 means your undevided attention for 1 hour. This will be the most beneficial option for an indivdualized program designed to achieve your fitness goals. I recommend two or three sessions per week.
Half-Time Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training for 30 minutes, instead of the full hour. Perfect way to fit your exercise in even if you have a busy schedule! Also, this is a great way for you to still receive greater individual attention at a cheaper rate alternative.
Dual Training (2 on 1)
Grab a buddy and workout together. Both of you will benefit from the support and motivation of training with a partner, and will enjoy a reduced rate.
Group Training (3, or 4 on 1)
For a cheaper alternative, commit with some friends and get a group discount! Workouts will be programmed to fit everyone's abilities.
